Each and every Fable is unique: from the stories that are as individual as the children who inspire them to the design and finish of the books that are fully customisable to your preferences, ensuring you will end up with an inimitable keepsake.

We’ll discover every detail we need to write your child’s story during an in-depth phone consultation, bookable after purchase. As well as finding out every favourite, every nuance and every story stitch, we’ll also discuss every design preference for your finished book.

Your Fable will then be copy set amongst beautiful drawings and bound in a 36-page hard back book. You have a choice of three covers:

  • The Printed Cover. Printed directly onto the book cover, with a slight gloss the cover will have the title “The Magical Tale of (Child’s Name)” set on a pattern and colour of your choice.
  • The Clothbound Cover. This linen cover has the title “The Magical Tale of Me” embossed in silver or gold foil, with a personalised title and pattern on an inside page.
  • The Personalised Cover. A bespoke linen cover featuring a title and pattern of your choice.

Dimensions

The books measure 16cm x 23.5cm x 1cm. They are 36 pages long and are printed on 160gsm di-pro paper.

Delivery Time

Crafting a personalised story takes time so please keep this in mind when ordering. The story writing process from consultation to first draft takes around two weeks. Then the estimated lead time, from final proof sign off to delivery is between 2 and 4 weeks.
